Clare Valley Shiraz 2019, Rodney & The Horse Sweet fermented in stainless steelSingle vineyard Shiraz from the northern part of South Australia's Clare Valley, wild yeast fermented and aged for 9 months in old French oak. Plenty of the dark red fruit and spice you'd expect, all brought into focus by supporting tannins and plenty of freshness. The '19 vintage brings a hit of blackcurrant fruit into the mix too, but don't worry, there's no jam here, just a dry and fresh finish!
